Prohibited uses
- Uploading candidate data you do not have a lawful basis to process
- Using the Platform to discriminate on grounds of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, family status, or any protected category in your jurisdiction
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated interrogation of the Platform
- Misrepresenting your company identity, role, or authority to contract
- Uploading malware, viruses, or attempting to breach security
- Using Platform output to engage in retaliation, harassment, or targeted individual harm
Consequences
Violation results in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities where required by law, and potential civil action. We cooperate fully with lawful investigations.
